Buffalo Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
  • 1 16 oz box of the pasta of your choice. I used Penne pasta
  • 3 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked and cubed)
  • 3/4 cup of hot sauce
  • 3/4 cup of ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook the pasta in boiling water and drain
  3. Cook and cube chicken breasts.  I usually cube them on a cutting board and then cook them over the stove in olive oil.  When they reach 180 degrees, they are ready to be drained
  4. In a small bowl, mix together hot sauce and ranch
  5. In a larger bowl, mix chicken, pasta, and cheese.  Pour sauce in the bowl and mix together.
  6. Pour everything into 9x13 pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
